Full Refund And Return Policy
If Party Treats isn't for you, we make refunds and returns quick and easy to initiate. To contact us, email support@thepartytreats.com or use our form:
- Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery.
- Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
- If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or defected upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
- Upon our instruction, the product must be returned to our facility in original condition to qualify for a full refund.
- We will send you a prepaid shipping label if you qualify for a return.
- We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.
- Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.
- Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.Â
